Pick-up: For our customers that would like to pick up their order, we can arrange to have your order available for pick up from either of our showrooms or our distribution center. Please email us at info@livingoodsonline.com to schedule a pick-up.
Local Delivery: If you live within a 75 mile radius of a Livingood's showroom or our distribution center, you qualify for delivery and installation by a Livingood's certified appliance delivery team. A delivery charge of $69 will apply. To accommodate our incredibly busy customers, we offer 3 hour delivery windows and a 30 minute call ahead service. The night before your delivery, you will receive a call from our delivery department with a 3 hour delivery window. Knowing the night before makes planning easy. With our 30 minute call ahead service, you can feel confident that you will not miss an important meeting or errand because you are waiting for our delivery team. All you have to do is provide us with a number where you can be contacted and relax! We'll be there!
Freight Delivery: If you live outside of our 75 mile local delivery area, we will be happy to ship your products via one of our national delivery partners.
Livingoods through our national delivery partners delivers anywhere in the contiguous 48 United States. We have two types of delivery services available, Standard and Premium In-Home service.
Our Standard Delivery service includes delivery of the following items to the curbside or driveway of your home: Refrigerators, Freezers, Ranges, Dishwashers, Wall Ovens, Washers, Dryers, and Professional Kitchen Appliances. This charge is a nominal $99 per order nationwide. Standard deliveries of the following items will be made by parcel service (UPS, FedEx, etc.) unless other products on your order are shipped via one of our national shipping partners: Cooktops, Microwaves, Ventilation Hoods, Accessories. In the case of parcel shipment, your delivery charge will be the lesser of $99 or the parcel service charge. Parcel service items are not available for Premium In-Home Delivery Service.
Our Premium In-Home Delivery service includes delivery of the above products into your home, where you want them, and unboxed for an additional fee of $99 per order. This fee is on and above the standard delivery rate of $99. For in home deliveries, products will be taken up or down one flight of stairs to the customer's location of choice. Premium In-Home Delivery does not include the following:
- Uninstalling old appliances
- Removal of old appliances
- Re-installation of your newly delivered unit
- Additional services to complete delivery to customer specified area
Many of our national delivery partners will offer you a four (4) hour delivery window. Please make sure someone over the age of 18 will be at home to receive the delivery. A re-delivery fee will be charged if no one is home at the time of delivery.
