Damage, Return and Order Cancellation Policies
Damage Policy
Upon receipt of your delivery, please inspect your product for damages. If a product is damaged, please note the damage on the bill of lading. Though you may not plan to unbox or uncrate your product immediately, we still recommend you do so before signing for your delivery. We ask that you inform us of damages within 48 hours of delivery by calling us at 1-866-426-6114. Damages not noted at time of delivery and phoned in within 48 hours of delivery will not be considered for replacement or any other form of compensation.
In the event an appliance suffers minor cosmetic damage, we may offer you a discount for the inconvenience or if the damaged part can be replaced, we will try to have an authorized repair technician replace the damaged part. If for some reason your appliance can not be repaired to a like new condition and we can not agree on a discount, we will replace the unit at no cost to you (provided the damage was noted at time of delivery).

Returns deemed no fault of Livingoods will qualify for return if the following terms and conditions are met:

Orders cancelled within 48 hours of placement will not incur an order cancellation fee. Orders cancelled after 48 hours but have not been shipped, will incur a 25% order cancellation fee. Special order items including, but not limited to, Professional style appliances, wall ovens, cooktops, outdoor grills, ventilation, etc. cannot be canceled.

Return Policy

- Product for return was purchased from livingoodsonline.com within the past 30 days.
- Special Orders and Closeouts are non-cancelable after delivery and thus are not returnable.
- Major Appliance accessories are not returnable. These items include but are not limited to cooking trim kits, laundry pedestals, range backguards and backsplashes, door and side panels, etc.
- All returnable products will be charged a minimum 25% restock fee. Items returned and damaged in shipping may incur a restock fee larger than 25%.
- All customers requesting a return must call our Customer Service line 1-866-426-6114 and request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- All returned product must be in an UNUSED condition and must be returned with the original factory packaging.
- All returns must have all packaging material belonging to the product including but not limited to owner's manuals, installation instructions, warranty card, etc.
- NO PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A PROPER RA#, thus no credit(s) will be issued.
- Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges back to Livingoods. Shipping charges will be billed to the credit card from which the product was purchased. Shipping charges may be used to offset any credits due the customer once product is received by Livingoods.
