Available only on the Platinum Series, 25,000 BTU PrimaNova burners deliver high, concentrated heat – perfect for achieving unmatched searing and an ultra-rapid boil. 22,000 BTU, 18,000 BTU, 15,000 BTU and 130°F simmer burners complete your range with unmatched control and precision. BlueStar’s unique open burner system ensures maximum efficiency, delivering intense heat directly and evenly across the bottom of the pan.
Interchangeable Griddle Charbroiler
With the Platinum Series, there is no need to choose between all burners or griddles / charbroilers on your range. Each Platinum Series range comes standard with all burners but includes the revolutionary cast-iron Interchangeable Griddle and Charbroiler system. Enjoy the ultimate in flexibility: remove 2 burners and place the griddle or charbroiler anywhere on the range, interchange the two components based on the day’s menu, and enjoy dual zone cooking with up to 40,000 BTUs of heat on four unique cooking surfaces.

Burner Configurations: Platinum Series range burners can be tailored to suit your own cooking preferences. For example, move the simmer burner from back to front or to the right. On some models, choose to add additional 25,000 BTU burners for additional power. The possibilities are endless!
Range Colors: Select from 750+ colors plus textured finishes to turn up the heat on discerning kitchen design. Or, send us a sample of your favorite color and we will create a custom color for a look that is uniquely your own.
Knob Colors: All Platinum ranges come standard with premium brushed stainless knobs. Or, add a pop of color to your kitchen with colored knobs. Choose from 190 color options or even design a custom colored.
Trim Options: Choose from 10 metal trim options like brushed brass and copper to add a unique richness and warmth to your kitchen. Full selection of finishes available include Stainless Steel, Polished Brass, Polished Copper, Antique Brass, Antique Copper, Pewter, Oil Rubbed Bronze and Satin Nickel.
Backguards: Choose from four available backguard options: Island Trim, 6″, 17″ and 24″.
